Family Coaching
Welcome to Your Space with Kat. A place where you can stop holding everything together for a moment.
If you’re raising a child with complex needs, you carry more than most people ever see. The emotions, the appointments, the constant admin, the guilt, the love, the fear, the strength you didn’t ask for but show every day. You’re doing it all while trying to stay steady for everyone around you.
I understand that life because I live it too. I’m a mum navigating the same world of assessments, paperwork, celebrations, setbacks, and the kind of love that shapes everything.
Family coaching gives you space that is yours. A space where you can speak freely, think clearly, and be supported without judgement or pressure. Together we unpack the emotional and practical load you carry, make sense of what’s overwhelming, and help you find calm and confidence again.
You deserve support as much as your child does. This is your space to feel held, heard, and strengthened. When your world feels heavy, you don’t have to carry it alone.

Transformational Coaching
Before coaching, I spent over fifteen years leading teams and driving large-scale change. I understand pressure, competing priorities, and that quiet gap between outward success and real fulfilment.
Transformational coaching helps you find clarity, purpose, and direction. Some people arrive with clear goals. Others arrive knowing only that something needs to shift.
Together, we work out what matters most to you, set meaningful goals, and build the confidence to act. We uncover the beliefs that hold you back and reshape the inner narrative so you lead and live with more trust in yourself.
Whether you’re navigating change, rethinking your career, or ready for personal growth, this is the space to pause, reflect, and move forward with intention.

Neurodiversity Consultancy
Alongside coaching, I work with organisations to create environments that genuinely understand and support neurodiverse people.
I bring over fifteen years of corporate change experience and lived experience as a parent of a neurodiverse child. My focus is always on practical, sustainable inclusion that makes a real difference day to day.
My consultancy work ranges from reviewing processes, communication, and accessibility to establishing neurodiversity or caregiver networks. I also advise leadership teams on inclusive culture and deliver talks or workshops that build understanding and drive meaningful change.
The aim is simple. Move beyond awareness into action and create workplaces where neurodiverse individuals and their families feel valued, supported, and able to thrive.
