Hello, I’m Kat

A mum, coach, and someone who understands how it feels to carry the invisible weight of caring, loving, and leading all at once. My eldest daughter is autistic and has a rare genetic condition. She’s four, and has taught me more about patience, resilience, and unconditional love than I ever thought possible. Her two-year-old sister brings warmth, laughter, and just the right dose of mischief into our home. None of this journey would be possible without my husband, who has been my rock through every high and low. Together, we share the beautiful chaos of our family life, made even livelier by Rocket, our endlessly playful dog, and Spottie, our cat with a mind entirely her own. They’re all part of what keeps our world grounded, real, and full of love

Make it stand out

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

.

When my eldest was diagnosed, life became a whirlwind of appointments, paperwork, and emotions I could barely name. Somewhere in the middle of it all, I realised that parents like me, parents who give everything in both personal and professional life, rarely have a safe space to pause, to reflect, or to just be. That’s why I created Your Space with Kat: a calm, understanding space for families raising children with special needs to find balance, perspective, and compassion for themselves.

Before this chapter of my life, I spent over 15 years leading teams and driving transformation in the corporate world. I learned how to bring people together around shared goals, how to help individuals overcome self-doubt and limiting beliefs, and how to turn underperforming teams into high-performing, motivated ones. Along the way, I learned to challenge my own beliefs too. Leading not only with strategy, but with empathy and self-awareness. Now, I bring those lessons into my coaching practice. I’m passionate about helping professionals, whether at work or in their personal lives, find clarity, confidence, and courage to move past what holds them back. It’s about reconnecting with purpose, making choices that align with who they are, and taking meaningful steps towards growth.

My consultancy work stems from the same belief in potential. Every organisation wants to unlock the full potential of its people, but too often, neurodivergent talent remains overlooked, misunderstood, or unsupported. My consultancy focuses on creating environments where neurodivergent individuals can not only belong, but thrive. Through practical, human-centred guidance, we look at how small adjustments can make a big difference. From communication and leadership practices to workspace design and culture. I’ve seen the incredible beauty, creativity, and depth that neurodivergent individuals bring into the world. When businesses learn to recognise and nurture these strengths, they don’t just meet inclusion goals, they redefine what great performance looks like. Neurodiversity isn’t a challenge to manage. It’s potential waiting to be unlocked.
